Terms and Conditions

All our work is created by hand, at our studio in Cairns, Queensland.

As each piece is handcrafted, there may be some variances from photos on our website. Due to the nature of custom work, please be patient while we make your piece. We are always contactable, and try to update you with progress photos.

We take pride in our work, and ask that you contact us first if you are unhappy with our creation. We will always work with you to amend and fix any problems. 

All our packages are sent via tracked post. We ask that when you send your keepsake to us for preserving, you also send it this way. We are not liable for the loss of any keepsakes due to loss or damage by third party sending services.
Payment Plans
When entering into a payment plan, you, the customer, commits to making regular payments, as agreed between parties. Failure to make payments is a breach of the agreement. Breaches will result in the cancellation of the payment plan. Wirlinga Designs (WD) reserves the right, upon breach, to cancel the payment plan. Upon cancellation WD also reserves the right not to issue a refund of monies already paid, as an administration fee.
Returns are not provided unless the goods are faulty or contain a manufacturing defect. Variations in colour or texture do not constitute a defect. The customer acknowledges that photos on the WD website and social media are indicative only and may differ. As each design is custom made, refunds are not accepted under any circumstances
Returns on defects are only accepted before 30 days. All defects notified greater than 30 days after item has been received by the customer will be attributed to wear and tear, and will incur the repair fee.

We understand that sometimes your jewellery breaks. We offer free repair on product defects only. Return shipping to WD is covered by the customer. Repair on breaks due to breakages/damages caused by wear and tear are available for a repair fee.
